Sid Scott
Sid has nearly 30 years of proven experience in providing comprehensive contact center management and services. He brings a unique perspective to eStrategy3’s clients having managed insourced customer care operations, outsourced contact center initiatives for a Fortune 100 company; and later as President and CEO of a “Top 50” service provider servicing the contact center needs for Fortune 500 companies.
His background and expertise extends to site selection and contact center build-out, cost and payback analysis, marketing, strategic program design and implementation, hosted technology selection and deployment, resource planning as well as all facets of contact center optimization and tactical execution.

Sandra Alexa
Sandra brings over two decades of experience in marketing and project management to eStrategy3. As a director for two major publishing houses, she successfully orchestrated strategic planning, direct marketing, publication project management, publicity, and community relations.
As Vice President of Client Services and later Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a “Top 50” service provider, Sandra was directly responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of Fortune 500 clients. As the client’s advocate, she was accountable for successfully managing all of the components of the delivery service platform. Utilizing her this collected expertise she not only provides strategic vision, but through her seamless project management skills she ensures successful implementation, and ongoing optimization of contact center programs.
